Troubleshooting

If you are not able to log in, please make sure you can access our Windows Lab machines. If they don’t let you in either, try using the first 8 characters of your password if it is longer than 8. If the first 8 characters works, or your password does not work, please change your password on a Linux machine to something that is between 6 and 8 characters so everything syncs up properly. Doing this should fix access to CCIS-XNet and Default.
